7)Crime on the rise,an increase in knife attacks and shootings.A surge of illegal dogs being introduced to use as weapons.
8)A crap heath system where you have to wait hours just to get seen whilst people who have never paid into the system get seen straight away.
09)Congested roads that will eventually come to a permanent stand still in a few years.
10)Greedy bankers who got us into the recession in the first place are still awarding themselves huge bonuses and the government does f all about it.
11)Gas and electric prices going through the roof,they say its to do with limited resources but we all know its just down to pure greed.
12)An illegal war in afghanistan where our own politicians show no regard for our own troops(cant even spell condolence letters properly)
No wonder the average hard working,honest citizen in the uk is feeling depressed and abused its no wonder looking at this list.

A damning report from the Public accounts Committee has slammed chlamydia screening services as having missed an opportunity to reduce the rates of chlamydia transmission in England.

The body said that screening services were characterised by a lack of urgency when is came to tackling the large number of tests that need to be done to combat the infection.

Since 2008, nearly 210,000 people have been diagnosed with chlamydia, though the true rates of infection are doubtless far higher. It is frequently referred to  as the ‘silent infection’, as many people carrying it have no symptoms, meaning that a chlamydia test is the only way for people to know if they are infected.

The government identified a need to encourage large-scale, regular testing in the sections of the population that are more likely to be infected (namely the 16-25 age group). So far, £100 million has been spent on the nationwide chlamydia testing program, which has seen young adults invited to come in for testing or sent home chlamydia tests.

The cross-party group of MPs however said that so far it is not known what effect the money spent since 2003 has had on curbing the spread of the infection, which can damage fertility if left untreated.

Between 2007 to 2008, only 5% of 15-24 year olds were tested, far short of the target of 15%. The report pointed out that when it became clear testing rates were not sufficient, a new target of 17% was introduced, driving testing rates up to 16% between 2008-2009.

Primary health care trusts become more inventive in their efforts to encourage chlamydia testing, sending home chlamydia tests to people’s home, installing chlamydia test dispensers in convenient spots and offering incentives to push people to get tested.

However the committee concluded that testing rates were still not sufficiently high for them to be able to create models predicting whether chlamydia transmission rates would be sufficiently reduced.

The chairman of the committee, Edward Leith, said, “This is a classic example of what can happen when the responsibility for delivering a national initiative is pushed down to local level, with little thought about the mechanisms and interventions needed at national and regional level to maintain efficiency and momentum.” He added that the government needed to create a national response to a national problem.

A spokeperson from Brooke sexual health charity, Simon Blake agreed: “There has been duplication of effort. The programme has not always been as efficient or effective as possible.”

Unity undertook a 12 week project to engage with teenage dads. We worked with young males aged between 16 and 18 who were or expecting to be a father. The programme was designed to engage them in various creative activities and give them skills in areas such as; Graphic Design, Photography, Film Making & Editing, Music Production, DJ’ing and Graffiti. We would also engage in various other activities such as; Boxercise, Sexual Heath Discussions, Healthy Eating and Football. We would also help them with their next steps in terms of a career path, we would work on CV’s, Interview Techniques, Telephone Manner and filling in application forms effectively. The group of 18 young males had a variety of needs and wants, some wanted to go to college, some wanted employment and others wanted apprenticeships. We accommodated them in any way that we could and helped them achieve their chosen career path. A Lil Bit Spicy Productions filmed and edited this film for us, it is a true reflection of the good work that goes down at Unity.
