Do wheat and nut allergys have different levels? How careful do we have to be?

Author: We weren’t informed of how badly my son reacts to the above so don’t know just how careful we have to be. His only symptons are nausea and dizziness. He had a blood test to diagnose the problem but we weren’t told anything other than that he has an allergy to both. Any suggestions?
